Rates include :
• Luxury accommodation in Explorer Suites;
• All scheduled activities;
• Entry fees into the Lower Zambezi National Park ( inclusive of angling fees);
• All meals and snacks
• All beverages, including complementary mini-bar in Explorer Suite;
• Laundry service (same day return)
• Transfers between Royal Zambezi Airstrip and Baines’ River Camp on day of arrival    and of departure;
• Departure tax for Royal Zambezi Airstrip;
• Wireless Internet connectivity;
• Community levies.

Rates exclude :
 
• Safari shop purchases and fishing tackle;
• Telephone calls;
• Service charge (at guest’s discretion);
• Government taxes (please note that at present in Zambia    no VAT is charged on    hotel accommodation and related    services rendered to foreign tourists);
• Any guest transfer other than the transfers between the    Royal Zambezi Airstrip and    Baines’ River Camp on the day    of arrival and of departure.

NOTES
• Rates are quoted in US currency per person per night    sharing;
• We cannot accommodate children under the age of    fourteen;
• A single supplement of 30% is charged on rooms for single occupancy.
• The single supplement will be waived on the first two single rooms in a booking for    four rooms or more for a stay of four nights or more;
•  Group rates available for booking of 8 guests or more for a stay for 3 nights or    more.
