at Baines
Whilst
set in an African wilderness against the backdrop of
the Zambezi River, and the distant call of the lion
or the laughing of hippotomi leaving the river for a
night of foraging ashore, Baines’ River Camp offers
what is unquestionably some of the finest cuisine anywhere
in Central Africa. Headed up by Esther and Titus, our
modern kitchen is capable of producing a wide range
of dishes to suit even the most discerning palate. There
are no set menus and set meal times. Instead, your hosts
will gladly discuss your activities for the day and
plan your meals accordingly.
